What does a ticket include?

A ticket lets you attend the the all-day in-person conference, and then the #MM26UK after-party, in July 2026. You will have access to all tracks, the sponsor marketplace, and networking spaces in-between. After the event, you will be able to watch recordings of the talks and access related materials. The ticket also includes refreshments throughout the day and food at lunch.

Fringe events are ticketed separately as they have different attendee limits.

Will you accept walk-ins on the day?

We will not be selling tickets to walk-ins on the day at our reception desk. You must purchase a ticket online before arriving so that you’re on our checklist. 

Are you limiting attendee numbers?

Yes. Places are limited due to the maximum venue capacity.

How do I recover a lost ticket?

What time does the conference start and end?

Exact session timings will appear on the conference agenda as we announce speakers.

Typically, talks will run from 09:30 (GMT) to around 17:00 (GMT). Each talk will be approximately 20–30 minutes long depending on the format. There will be mid-morning and afternoon breaks as well as 1.5 hours for lunch, giving you plenty of time to explore the sponsor marketplace and meet people.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes. There is a cloakroom you can use free of charge. This can accommodate coats and luggage.

Will there be recordings available?

Recordings of all talks will be available post-conference on the Meet Magento YouTube channel. Catch up with last year’s talks here.

Can I apply to speak at the conference?

Yes we would love to hear from you. You can express your interest at events@wearejh.com. Our call for speakers will be open until April 2026.
