What does a ticket include?

A ticket lets you attend the the all-day in-person conference, and then the #MM25UK after-party, on 10 June 2025. You will have access to both tracks, the sponsor marketplace, and networking spaces in-between. After the event, you will be able to watch recordings of the talks and access related materials. The ticket also includes refreshments throughout the day and food at lunch.

Fringe events are ticketed separately as they have different attendee limits.

Will you accept walk-ins on the day?

We will not be selling tickets to walk-ins on the day at our reception desk. You must purchase a ticket online before arriving so that you’re on our checklist.

Are you limiting attendee numbers?

Yes. Places are limited due to maximum venue capacity.

How do I recover a lost ticket?

What time does the conference start and end?

Exact session timings will appear on the conference agenda as we announce speakers.

Typically, talks will run from 09:30 (GMT) to around 17:00 (GMT). Each talk will be approximately 20–30 minutes long depending on the format. There will be mid-morning and afternoon breaks as well as 1.5 hours for lunch, giving you plenty of time to explore the sponsor marketplace and meet people.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes. There is a cloakroom you can use free of charge. This can accommodate coats and luggage.

Can I swap tracks during the day?

Yes. There are two tracks to choose from, the Business Track and the Technical Track, and you can move between them all day to watch what most interests you. We have 5 minute gaps between sessions to facilitate this.

Will there be recordings available?

Recordings of all talks will be available post-conference.

Can I apply to speak at the conference?

Yes. Our call for papers has been extended till 24 April 2025.
