What does a ticket include?

Your ticket covers the full conference day at MM26UK – both tracks, the sponsor marketplace, networking spaces throughout, and the after-party in June 2026. Refreshments run all day, and lunch is included. All talk recordings are available after the event. Fringe events are ticketed separately due to different attendee limits.

Will you accept walk-ins on the day?

No. Tickets must be purchased online before you arrive. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated at the door – you need to be on the list.

Are you limiting attendee numbers?

Yes. Places are capped at venue capacity.

How do I recover a lost ticket?

Email events@wearejh.com and we'll sort it.

What time does the conference start and end?

Talks run from 09:30 to around 17:00 (GMT). Sessions are approximately 20 – 30 minutes, depending on format. There are mid-morning and afternoon breaks, plus 1.5 hours for lunch – time to explore the sponsor marketplace and have real conversations. Full timings appear on the agenda as speakers are confirmed.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes. Free of charge. Coats and luggage are both accommodated.

Can I swap tracks during the day?

Yes. Two tracks run all day – Business and Technical. Move between them freely. Five-minute gaps between sessions make this easy.

Will there be recordings available?

Recordings of all talks go live after the conference.

Can I apply to speak?

Yes. The call for speakers is open until April 2026.
